Wissmilen - July 2009

After a tough week in the city it was high time to go to the mountain for some fresh air and some quietness. It was an awesome weekend! On Saturday it was raining and during the afternoon quite cloud, but perfert for a late start of a short hike and set up the tent next to a little Alpine lake Madseeli in the area of Flumserberg.
View from the tent in the morning was just breath-taking. The night was pretty cold (some ice on the tent).
And the tent location...no comment...

We had a great breakfast....

and climbed up to Wissmilen rock wall...

to reach the top: Wissmilen 2483 m

and going down- The lake in the background was our tent location.

Lunch at a brook - our legs were only for a few second in the ice-cold water. It took less than 20 min to get ice-tea for a hot tea (from boiling)

And on the way back...

Boat Trip in Holland - July 2009

We had an incredible great time in the Dutch Polder-land with our Dutch family and the Danish friends....Two boats have been rented: "Witte Kasteel" and "Teun".

The Captain Gerrie has taken the responsibility to take us...

...through the dutch polder canals, big lakes and villages...

... or not to get through in a sluis...

...with the Danish childrens on the board....

...under open bridges....

There was plenty of time to have great Danish-Danish-Italian-Indonasian-Mexican-Ducth food...

...to drink..... ... to fish...

...with double catch...

...to swimm...
...to take bath...

...to sunbath.......to read or make sudoku...

...to sleep in small islands or ports....

...to laught...

...to celebrate that Juul has just became double Dutch-Student-Mountain-bike champion...

...and just to enjoy the nature.

BIG THANKS TO GERRIE,

And thanks to all
