Flumserberg - Summer Attack - 2er Power Man - 2nd place
Dick and Jeroem (Team Super speedy photons) had attacked Flumserberg in rather wintery condition. Dick climbed 9km - 600 m up, then Jeroem ran 12 km - 500 m up and 8.5 km -200 m up/600 m down and finally Dick did the downhill of 9 km 400 m up / 550 m down. (Super speedy photons 00:41:36.5 (4) 00:50:24.1 (2) 00:37:04.9 (2) 00:32:33.6 TOTAL 02:41:39.2 (2)).
They got on the second place, congratulation!
I've watched and suppored them with Jeroem's family: Axelle, Dimitri, Matthiu and Noemi. What a wonderful day in a forecasted sunny, but real-freezing snowy day.
On the way back home the sun dared show itself and give us a sunny-terrace-late-afternoon now....better later than never...
PS: Dick had a real 4 min at the Start to prepare/focus on the race as we got delayed by a self-incident on the way to Flumserber. The driver just drove away, leaving us to clean up the road and wait for the Police...
