Decided to take part of the famous Sola race in Zürich. More than 700 team enrolled this year, each team with 14 runners run through the beautiful forest-mountain on the both side of the Zürichsee. I got the Forch-Egg section, 8.63 km with 175 m up and 300 down. It wasn't so bad as I expected...and in 46.05 min :-)
this was a cleary women-sectionfor the pleasure of some supporters :-)
it's a really pleasure to run here...
